ABOUT ME
MY STORY
For ten years, I have written opinion and reported pieces on the intersections of religion and reproductive justice, telling the stories of faith leaders, medical providers, recipients of health care, and activists.
Religion has a important impact on the policy of our nation, and I work to show better ways we can have a comprehensive story on people of faith in reproductive justice spaces.
I have been in state and national publications reporting and writing opinions on the dangerous abortion bills, Black women in organizing, and how young women navigate remaining faithful to their religion while affirming their need for access to reproductive health care.
